Please read before submitting a ticket

Before you submit a ticket, pleasure ensure you have checked the items below :

  • Did you consult the knowledgebase? It is full of helpful information and there are chances that the solution to your problem is provided there.
  • Did you consult the game forum? You will find its address in the section of the knowledgebase dedicated to it. Many users have asked questions there and the answers given could help you.
  • Did you check that your Windows is up to date (service packs must be installed) and compatible with the game? Your graphics card drivers must be up to date too.

However, if your problem seems to be unknown please do to submit it to us.

If your problem occurs during a game, please attach the log and replay files to your ticket. The path to find them is located in the section of the knowledgebase dedicated to it.
