1. Click on Start or press the Windows and the R keys.

2. Type DXDiag on the search box (on the bottom left) or in Open, then validate.

3. Click on the "Save all informations" button

4. Save the text file DXDIAG.TXT on your hard drive

5. Join the DXDIAG.TXT to your answer.
